Residential Repair + Improvement
Thoughtful repair, installation and improvement work for the parts of a home that need to work better, look better, or both.
Small repairs, punch-list work and focused improvements handled with attention to both the practical problem and the finished result.
Doors, hardware, fixtures, trim, electrical, plumbing and the everyday failures that accumulate around a house.
Fixtures, shelving, wall-mounted items, hardware, accessories and other homeowner-supplied products.
Trim, caulk, patching, alignment, adjustment and the details that make completed work feel complete.
Bundle a collection of smaller tasks into one efficient visit instead of scheduling them one at a time.
Methodical diagnosis when the problem is not obvious and the right repair has to be identified first.
Practical upgrades to make an existing space function better without turning it into a full renovation.
Defined work is priced by the project whenever possible. Small jobs can be bundled together so the cost reflects the visit rather than a pile of individual line items.
