F² Home Care

Your home doesn't need
more emergencies.
It needs a routine.

Homes rarely fail all at once. They loosen, leak, crack, shift and wear a little at a time. Scheduled maintenance visits catch the little things while they're still little.

Choose your level of care

Three plans built around how much attention your home needs and how much you want someone keeping up with it.

  • Visual review of maintenance and wear areas
  • Minor adjustments as time allows
  • Photos of notable conditions
  • Prioritized Now / Soon / Later summary

Best for homeowners who handle routine maintenance themselves but want an experienced second set of eyes once a year.

For the homeowner who always has a running list — combines maintenance with dedicated time to work through it.

Materials, repairs outside included visit time and specialty services are quoted separately before work begins.

What we look for

A seasonal maintenance review covers the parts of a house that are easiest to overlook and easiest to address before they become bigger problems.

Interior

Doors and hardware · faucets and drains · loose fixtures · caulk and sealant · cabinets and drawers · wall-mounted items · smoke and CO devices · dryer-vent condition

Exterior

Trim and fascia · railings and stairs · deteriorating caulk · carpenter-bee or visible signs of pest damage · drainage issues · condensate lines · exterior doors · visible wood deterioration

Systems + Conditions

HVAC filters · visible plumbing leaks · moisture indicators · crawlspace and basement conditions · obvious electrical-fixture issues · general wear requiring future attention

Home Care visits are visual maintenance reviews. They are not code inspections, home inspections, engineering evaluations, pest inspections, HVAC servicing or other licensed professional services.

How it works

Predictable visits, a running list and the same person each time who gets to know the house.

We get to know the house

Your first visit establishes a baseline and starts the running maintenance list.

We come back on schedule

Home Care members receive visits throughout the year instead of waiting for problems to pile up or become urgent.

Small things get handled. Bigger things get planned.

If it fits within the included visit time, we take care of it. If it needs more work, you get a clear recommendation and project price before anything additional begins.

The goal isn't to find more things wrong with your house.

It's to keep small things from becoming big ones — and to give you a clear picture of what actually deserves your attention.

Why Home Care

You probably maintain your car on a schedule. Your house costs considerably more.

Fewer surprises

Small deterioration is easier — and usually cheaper — to address before it becomes a larger repair.

One person who knows the house

You don't have to explain the history from scratch every time something needs attention.

A running plan instead of a growing list

Know what matters now, what can wait, and what to budget for later.

Priority when something does come up

Home Care members move ahead of general scheduling when possible.

What Home Care isn't

Worth being clear about before anyone signs up.

F² Home Care is preventive maintenance — not an unlimited repair plan. Membership covers the scheduled visits and included time described in your plan. Larger repairs, specialty services, materials, emergency work and projects requiring additional time are quoted separately before work begins. Nothing additional is performed without your approval.

Membership terms

What to expect before, during, and after enrollment.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans begin with a 3-month initial commitment. After that, membership continues month-to-month until canceled.

You may cancel future renewals at any time by email, text, or online request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Charges due during the initial 3-month commitment remain payable.

Before the initial term ends, we'll send a reminder that your membership will continue month-to-month unless canceled.

Annual plans

Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and do not automatically renew. We'll contact you near the end of the term if you'd like to continue.

What's included

Membership includes only the visits and service time described in your selected plan. Materials, replacement parts, larger repairs, specialty work, emergency work and projects requiring additional time are quoted separately before work begins. Nothing outside the plan is performed without your approval.

F² Home Care is a preventive maintenance service, not a home warranty, insurance policy, home inspection, or unlimited repair plan.

By enrolling, you authorize the recurring charges shown for your selected plan and acknowledge the initial commitment, renewal and cancellation terms above.

Common questions

What tends to come up before people sign up.

Do I need to be home during visits?

Not necessarily. Access arrangements can be established for recurring visits where appropriate.

Are materials included?

Customer-supplied filters, batteries and other consumables can be installed during the visit. Materials and replacement parts are not included in the plan price and are billed separately where needed.

What happens if you find something that needs repair?

Small adjustments may be handled within your included visit time. Larger work is explained and quoted separately before anything additional begins. Nothing outside the plan is performed without your approval.

Can I add items to my list between visits?

Yes. Home Care members can maintain a running list so we can prioritize items at the next scheduled visit.

Is this a home inspection?

No. Home Care is a preventive residential maintenance service. It does not replace inspections or evaluations by licensed inspectors, engineers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors or other specialists.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans may be canceled by email, text, or online request after the initial 3-month commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and do not automatically renew.

Your house is already on a maintenance schedule.

The question is whether you're keeping up with it.
